Return and Damage Policy

We're confident you'll love your new art! Unless otherwise noted, all art comes with a 7-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, simply request a return within 7 days of receipt of the artwork. The receipt date is the specific date on which the carrier marks the item delivered, and not when the customer opens the package. If your return request is submit within 7 days, and the art is not damaged, then it will be approved.

Please note that shipping costs, both OUTGOING and RETURN shipping, are the responsibility of the buyer unless due to damage by the carrier. (See Damage Policy below)  Items must be returned within 3 business days of an approved return request, via a trackable and insured shipping carrier (UPS, FEDEX, or USPS). The tracking information must be provided to The Gallery 327. Provided the artwork is not damaged, then the refund will be issued within 24 hours of receipt of the returned item, less the outgoing shipping charges. You will be provided with a photocopy of the actual carrier charges for outgoing shipping.

We charge for the outgoing shipping charges on returned items because the math just plain does not allow us to cover these charges. Large statement pieces, for example, often cost in excess of $400 to ship by freight. Your satisfaction is very important to us! Keep in mind that these works of art are original, and very personal to the artist. We understand that they do not always look as great in your space as you had hoped. That's why we will photoshop our pieces on your wall to give you a rough idea of how it will look in your space before you buy it. Moreover, we will be happy to send extra photos, in various light, and from various angles, to help you make an informed decision before you purchase so that we all might avoid the tedious and expensive process of a return. If a return is still in order for you after all is said and done then we will be happy to accommodate your return (as outlined above) less our outgoing shipping cost.

The Gallery 327 professionally packages all art and insures each piece for the exact amount paid plus shipping. If an item is damaged during the shipping process then the buyer must cooperate in the claim process in order to be refunded their purchase. The carrier will most likely ask for photos and/or ask specific questions about the damaged item. Some carriers might ask to see the packaging materials, so please do not throw them away.  Buyers will be refunded 100% of the amount paid, once the claim is paid by the carrier.
